Back in 2003, Disney opened the doors to Toontown in an online way.... a video game. Now, making a game based off of Roger Rabbit material is nothing new, and it had to be better than half the games out there (cough NES cough), but what was different was that Roger and the other characters were not used. Understandable, since Gary K. Wolf and Speilberg were not happy with Disney at the time, but I digress.
Toontown was an online game where you could create your own Toon and race gokarts, golf, earn money in the form of jellybeans and more. However, there is a bad guy in the form of the evil robot Cogs, who want to turn Toontown's happy, carefree life into a business place ( *cough Eisner cough*)
What's even stranger is that when Disney closed down, fans made their own servers. I would suggest playing on Toontown Rewritten for starters.

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up on how to play this game again! I started right when it ended. :(
A shame Roger Rabbit become a victim for such a convoluted copyright problem. He has such a unique universe that could be explored in so many interesting ways, like through video games.
